Decent coffee, muffins, cereal and juice at breakfast.nnNot good: The front desk and breakfast staff could not have been any less friendly or any less helpful, with a partial exception of 1 guy at the desk. No welcome or good morning, not told where breakfast was, no info on amenities or where the elevator was etc. We had a room in the tower and a lonnnng walk to the elevator. Finally a cart was available but needed new tires or air so was hard to push and maneuver. We had a different cart when we checked out and it was the same way. Overall the hotel felt like a sad, dark, outdated place. Hardly anyone there. Breakfast was lukewarm and no way to heat it up. Yogurt was some off-brand and didnu2019t taste right. We were on the 10th floor but the view was of a scrapyard.nnAmenities: Had a game room, gym, indoor poor and hot tub. Also had a restaurant which was empty.
