Read MoreMy fiance and I chose this hotel because I was rather impressed with the price and the size of it. She is in a wheelchair and a building this big, it is guaranteed to have an elevator, which it does. We chose a disability room with two queen beds and I was thoroughly impressed! The rooms were very very clean and well taken care of. The after 2:30 p.m. front desk clerk saw to all our needs. We needed a shower chair in the bathroom. She took care of it. The TV didn't work. She had maintenance go right up and fix it. I would also love to include, Jeri, the other front desk clerk. She went way out of her way in looking for a toilet plunger for me and answered the many many questions that I had for her. Another outstanding employee that deserves a raise in pay! Extremely pleasant to talk with while still being very very professional. She is exactly what an employer wants. What this world needs is more good people just like, Jeri. Way to go, Jeri!!! When my fiance and I come back to Spokane we are staying at this Ramada Inn. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!!!
