Read MoreI am traveling for work, and ended up booking for 11 nights. One the first day, the sink in the bathroom broke and will no longer drain due to the drain being stuck closed. Should be relatively simple fix. On the morning of day two, I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk staff. It is now the evening of day 5, and even though I have spoke to the front desk staff (various employees) every morning and evening, the sink is still full of water.
Oh, and I was told that housekeeping came once every three days. 5 days in, and my room has never been cleaned at all. Was told this morning that housekeeping only cleans your room if you specifically ask for it - so I asked it to be cleaned today. Just got back to the room at 8pm, and guess what? Not cleaned again.
This hotel has so much potential, but the lazy staff ruin it. Hallway carpets are very stained and disgusting. AC does not work in room very well. Hot tub has only had water in it one day of my stay so far. The third floor was supposedly recently renovated/remodeled, yet it looks very very worn out. One of the two elevators has apparently been out of order for weeks
The prices here are cheap for a reason. Go somewhere else. I am checking out tomorrow morning and will go somewhere else for the remainder of my time here, the service is atrocious.
