Read MoreI gave it over all only 2 stars, even though I loved the room. I feel I was deceived because I booked through booking.com who said they were pet friendly. At check in I talked to them and told them my cat is an ESA, Emotional Support Animal and by her friendly reply was lead to believe that I would not be charged a separate fee. My whole room with all taxes only came to $77, but they insisted I signed on a pad that I would pay an added $75 fee to have my room cleaned. I signed the pad, thinking it was a formality, because there was about 10 special things to agree with, all pre signed with my initials and I felt I needed to just sign at the bottom in order to stay. I had just driven up to Kissimmee 6 hours from S. Florida. Also Booking.com states that a service animal does not count as a pet. So the next morning when a new person handed me the bill with added cleaning fee that almost doubled the cost I was very surprised. Because he is a cat, he is super clean. I carry a portable potty box and my own handheld vacuum, so not one piece of litter is left. There is no way they will use that money to clean for two reasons: the room smelled a bit from the last dog that stayed, but I overlooked that, thinking that was the price you pay for a pet friendly hotel and I cleaned after him so well, I am sure they could never tell he had been there. So I hope they are happy they charged is double for no good reason!
