We stayed two nights at the hotel for just under 300. I am 8 months pregnant and with me was my husband and 11 year old. This place looked optimistic from the entrance. The desk staff was friendly and they had surveillance cameras. But, it quickly went downhill. The street had numerous drug addicts, to include one actively shooting up as we drove past. Once in the room, it was discovered that an ozone machine was left in our room and it was on, the staff forgot it was in there, and sent someone to get it when we drew it to their attention. There was what looked like poop smeared on the bathroom door, a weird clump that moved in the drain, a moldy bathroom, smelly towels with staining on them, and a discolored bathtub that peeled beneath my feet and felt like I was going to fall through. The bathtub was also uneven and the watered pooled in areas. The front curtains had red splatter and staining on them. The ground by our bed was severely scratched. We left the room to check out the exercise room and the elliptical and treadmill were broken. The fitness room also had old beds and furniture in the corner that made it look like a partial storage.
Once at breakfast the next morning, there was black hairs on the plastic utensils. The lady cleaning and stocking breakfast items was eating breakfast with the guests, while items were empty, to include the juice machine that poured clear liquid for apple juice and orange juice. We opted to go elsewhere.
I asked if we could print something from the patron computers and was told the printer did not work.
The following day, at breakfast there was a line of ants going in and out of the fruit bowl.
Needless to say sleeping in the car and saving money would have been more worth it.
