Lo and behold, the prices of lodgings were most outrageous, until I chanced upon the Quality Inn's own website. There, I made direct contact and was bestowed a most wondrous price. Though I harbored doubts, for the price seemed too good to be true, upon our arrival, we found the chambers to be most sufficient and clean, exceeding our expectations.
Verily, the price was so favorable that I secured a room for myself with a grand king-sized bed, and another room with two queen-sized beds for my dear children. We reveled in our stay, enjoying a splendid night's rest, and on the morrow, we embarked upon our Christmas celebrations with family.
All turned out most splendidly, and in the years to come, I do intend to repeat this cherished tradition. Huzzah to the Quality Inn of Durand for their exceptional service and hospitality!
