Read MoreI would not stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to others. I initially called the hotel to inquire about truck parking availability and room availability. The front desk attendant informed me the hotel was fully booked but did not address my question regarding parking. He offered to check nearby hotels, but before I could respond fully, he abruptly hung up.
When I checked online, I saw that the hotel still had several rooms available, and upon arrival, the parking lot was nearly empty. I waited in the lobby for over 45 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk. I even tried calling the hotel while standing in the lobby, hoping it would prompt a response, but no one answered. Another guest entered and shared that he had experienced the same issue.
It appeared that the front desk staff may have been intentionally avoiding guests to avoid additional work. We ended up booking a room online. When the front desk attendant finally arrived, he offered no apology and acted as though we were inconveniencing him by being there.
The room itself was in poor condition outdated, unpleasant-smelling, and not worth the price. The following morning, the "complimentary continental breakfast" consisted of only dry cereal, yogurt, a couple of bananas, waffles, and bagels and toast that appeared stale.
I attempted to raise my concerns with the morning staff, but they seemed indifferent maybe because they are related. Overall, the service and accommodations were well below expectations and certainly not worth the cost.
