Landed here bc it's 10 seconds off I10. Shame on the front desk woman making life harder for ppl (have to assume it isn't just me she's abused) who have followed the rules AND spent hundreds for a 2 week stay. Filthy. Loud. Poor customer service.

Don’t let the name fool you, or the pictures! The first red flag should’ve been the outside checkout window. Figured maybe it was because we had a later check-in. Make our way to the room and were completely shocked. The carpet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or replaced in 20 years. The towels are rough and dingy. Toilet paper holder was broken, no towel rack, no shelves in the shower to place your toiletries. Maybe if they spent what they did on touchless lamps, on updating the flooring and amenities then it would be a little nicer. We went as far as to purchase our own towels and sheets because of how grimy everything was. Save your money and go somewhere else.

One of my vacation days I had planned to spend in the pool due to the summer Arizona heat. Anything to quench the 100°+ daily heat. Maybe next time. Everyone from guests to employees all said the pool was normally so clear and clean. Unfortunate downside to an otherwise exquisite stay! Walking distance of a Dutch bros and a Jack in the box made full days spent here a breeze.

I recommend you give another hotel a shot even if it's a few extra dollars don't let photos fool you place is no good. Workers are rude and I mean super rude. Room is gross.

I really don't even know where to start the bed uncomfortable no blankets just a stained sheet the TV was micro I didn't even know they made a tv that small anymore....the walls seeping with cigarettes tar, and looked like the backside of a circle k covering graffiti with different colored paint the photo fell off the wall while we where in bed. The bath tub came with cigarette ashes and dried urine puddles and an entire pallet of caulking (that's black moldy and gross) . Looks like if someone upstairs jumped the whole bathroom ceiling would fall as it was rotten and covered in mold the tiles in the bathroom where detached from floor and wall and loose .....was give a room just outside where everyone let's there dog go to the bathroom the room smelt like old bar and dog poo....Walking distance to talking stick ampIf you are okay with a homeless encampment in the parking lot at night this is your placeIs in a okay spot for walk abilityWaffle house jack in box coffee circle k bk and Sam's club across streetCheck in was awful too.
