The new management company? Trash. We were set to have all four clubhouses in 2021 and paid in advance, only to have two “double booked” weeks before our trip. The two clubhouses we still had were terrible — appliances broken, pools left dirty, awful communication, critter droppings…just terrible.
We gave them the benefit of the doubt and rebooked for this year. Only to find out three weeks before our trip that they had once again “double booked.” Still waiting on our refund. New management company is a joke. These once welcoming homes have quickly turned into a dumpster fire. Good luck.
