With a few modifications and some necessary capital improvements - this place could sparkle! I do not think this location is safe for pregnant women or those with health conditions. There was a intense damp/mildew smell upon our arrival. There was a dehumidifier inside but it was full and not running when we arrived. There was not enough hot water to fill the bathtub in the main bedroom more than two inches. When we went to turn off the bathtub, the water would not turn off initially and was stuck for a long time before we could turn it off. The toe-kick under the main bathroom sink cabinet is kicked in at the end, could allow water intrusion. There was black mold spots on the main bathroom shower curtain. Cabinet faces and doors have sticky hand and finger prints. There was only one large knife in the kitchen and it was incredibly dull. There was popcorn ceiling throughout the entire place that did not appear to be in good condition, making them unsafe. The elevator was out of service from the time we arrived to the day we checked out. Maintenance started working early Saturday morning, hammering and making excessive noise. They also painted all around the staircase we used to go to our room the day before that. On Saturday, the front desk called us and made comments asking if we were in our room and that they had overwritten our room key and needed to give us a new one. It seemed like someone had been in our room while we were gone. On Saturday night, the sprinklers started and ran for a long time, spraying our rental car and all the other cars in the parking area. Watering this time of year may kill the grass but also they should not be spraying cars. The maintenance man was lingering around the parking area throughout our stay periodically and made us incredibly uncomfortable. As many of the reviews online stated, the furniture is old and worn and needs replaced. Curtains, blinds, and carpets also need a deep clean on the regular.
