Read MoreDecided to stay in this hotel because the reviews weren’t too bad. Someone recently said this hotel was renovated, but I believe they forgot some of the rooms. The young man at the desk said my cars had declined twice when it came out of the bank already….I had to show him my bank account. Thank God we always only put the exact amount the hotels are gonna take out because this guy tried to charge us twice. Then, he sent us to a room that already had people in it!!!! We tried opening the door and hear a knock from inside the room. The young man said he was very sorry but that room was supposed to be vacant. Someone in clearly not doing their job. He then gives us a different room and checks to make sure there is no one in there first. Upon entering the room, it had a weird smell and I proceeded to check everything. The toilet was absolutely disgusting and there was a strong smell of piss! The bathtub was dirty and there was something very slippery in the bottom of the tub and I almost slipped and fell. The microwave was nasty and smelled horrible. Overall, I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with this room. If this is the way they “clean” their rooms, I would hate to see what their own house looks like. DISGUSTING!!
