After a long, exhausting day of travel and arriving on a super late flight at 1 AM, I was honestly just ready to collapse into bed. But David, with his incredible energy, bright smile, and genuine care, completely turned my mood around. He greeted me like I was an old friend and went out of his way to make sure I felt welcome and completely taken care of.
What struck me most was how present he was. I happened to be on the phone with my wife while checking in, and even she noticed how kind and warm David was—she could hear it in his tone through the phone and even commented, “Wow, what a nice guy.” And she was absolutely right. David isn’t just great at his job; he’s the kind of person who makes you feel good just by being around him.
