Read MoreWe had an awful experience with a different condo when we got to Florida (bugs), BUT THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME!!! Slightly more expensive, but you get what you pay for. 3 bedrooms, CLEAN, stocked with anything you need or forgot to pack. The owners were responsive and nice. The facility pool and hot tub were great. All in a gated, safe area in Kissimmee close to just about everything! I would definitely go back. We even met some great people staying in other units. It's kid friendly too, even though ours were at home this trip!

Large, comfortable, nicely decorated, fan lights. Three total....2 with king beds, and one with 2 double/queen beds.
Nearby activities
Theme parks, dinner shows, shopping, flea markets, souvenir shops, movies, and even the Board & Brush where you can create a wooden sign to take home....it was a lot of fun!
Safety
Gated community, first level entry with no steps, lighted well, and no key entry....it had a passcode lock. The association also has vehicles with flashing lights so if you need something, you know it's them.
Walkability
A short walk to the pool/ hot tub/ exercise/ game building. There are paved walkways between and around all the buildings. Short walk to the playground and basketball area.
Food & drinks
Full kitchen with everything you need. Walmart is within 2 miles, restaurants galore with both chain and local choices.
Noteworthy details
They have a washer and dryer in the upstairs bathroom with enough supplies for a week, first floor king bedroom and full bathroom for anyone who is handicapped. Large TV's in the living room and 3 bedrooms. The association was always out...trimming trees, power washing sidewalk areas, mowing the grass. It was definitely cared for. And no bugs!
