Julie, the innkeeper at Little Bluff Inn, is fantastic! She went above and beyond with thoughtful little touches that made our girls’ weekend truly special. When we arrived, the rooms were beautifully set up, and there was a door code, so no worries about losing keys. Julie recommended great spots for lunch and gave us ideas for things to do around town. The town itself is charming, with a few cute shops and dining options.
Our room was super comfy, with a fridge, microwave, and a table. Outside, there was a cozy chair and blanket thoughtfully set up by Julie, perfect for taking in the view. We took a short hike to see an incredible view of the Mississippi River, including the lock and dam, and discovered it’s also a Native American archaeological site—such a cool surprise!
The beds at the inn were incredibly comfortable, and there’s a common room where groups of three or more can gather. There’s also a fire pit, though it was raining during our visit, so we didn’t use it. My friends and I are already planning a summer return trip to enjoy the river even more!
