Read MoreI arrived pretty late coming into town for a wedding. Arrival was sketchy, a lot of semi trucks and people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. Not to mention homeless people outside as well. Once we got the key to the room, the room door was almost jammed and very difficult to open. Once we got inside, there was a smell of cigarette smoke, dust on the nightstands. I went to go lift the sheets to check the mattress and it was beyond stained, everywhere along with dust and crumbs on the mattress. I proceeded to grab my purse off of the stand where the tv was, and a ROACH was crawling near my belongings. I instantly went to the front desk with my concern. I was not offered another room, I was definitely frantic about bugs all over the hotel room. I have been trying to contact management for the last three days. I am told there is no manager on property, I was told today he is sick. Also told I can not be refunded the whole amount? So I am still getting charged for one night for a room that was never used along with additional, unwelcomed friends joining us in the room? I have for a way to get in contact with corporate or someone higher up to get a refund on the room. Do not recommend staying here with no management available, no additional rooms available, and roaches? Again, if someone could PLEASE get in contact with me about this.
