Most Important thing, the a/c barely works!! It was super hot when we arrived, the bathroom smells like mildew, and the ceiling is jacked up and has water stains. The beds are comfy! But overall the price definitely is not worth it.

From the night to morning staff is great! Rooms are nice, clean and smells good. Area is okay, it's right next to the college, grocery store is a 7 min walk and cheap. Tons of restaurants surrounding the hotel.
