This is the most disgusting hotel experience I have ever had. At first, the place looks nice and new, but once you get into your room everything changes. I decided to ignore the dirty elevator and the fact that there was a broken fridge in the middle of the hallway (3rd floor). Once we got to our room, it was hot as hell, since as other people have mentioned, the AC works only when you're in there. I went straight to the restroom, just to realize there was urine in the toilet seat. I called the front desk, and the guy there said that he could change us to another room, but it was a 2-bed room (I had booked a king-size), but nonetheless he would do so "for free", as if asking for a clean room were like asking for an upgrade. I asked if someone could rather come up and clean, but he said the housekeeping staff had left for the day (at 4pm, on a weekend, really?).We were moved to another room, and I undid the beds to make sure they were clean. I found several hairs there and also on the tub, but still decided to stay after a long and tiring day. However, while I was downstairs ordering dinner online (since the WIFI was not working), my wife messaged me to tell me she had seen a bug on my bed. That was it, we were not staying there.I went to the front desk asking the man there to get me either another room in another hotel, or refund me what I had paid for. He said the manager had left (making him the ONLY employee in the WHOLE hotel) and I would need to wait until the next day to talk to her. I demanded him to call her, and when he explained everything, all she said is "offer him a refund". No apology, no options, no customer service whatsoever, and an absolute disregard for the naughty place she runs. Also, while I was talking to him, another guest approached to let him know his daughter had vomited on the stairwell. I wonder whether the front desk man went to clean after, or just let it sit there until the next day when the housekeeping staff showed up.To top everything, we were told we would get a refund today, which has not happened yet. Also, we could not leave since we had ordered our dinner already (to a local restaurant). When I came to the front desk to let the guy know we were waiting outside (in case the guys from the restaurant called), he said they had called already, and he had told them we had left and there was nothing he could do about it. So, after all this naughty experience, I also paid for dinner I did not have.
