When we walked in we felt like we could make ourselves right at home. Also it is right next to Guthrie's business district so you can support local small businesses!The owner was very responsive with any questions I had and she even sent us events that were happening in Guthrie during our stay.We HIGHLY recommend this cottage for anything traveling to OKC, it is just a 30 minute drive from main attractions in OKC.
