Upon arrival, I was asked if I wanted my room cleaned during my stay. When I returned late at night, I discovered my room had not been cleaned, and there were no clean towels available for me to shower. I immediately called the front desk to request housekeeping, but the response was unhelpful; the staff member simply said she would check why the room had not been cleaned and then abruptly ended the call. After waiting 30 minutes, tired and eager to rest, I called back. The same situation repeated, with the staff still “trying to find out” why the room wasn’t serviced. When I requested just some towels, the phone was hung up on me again.
Frustrated, I went downstairs and encountered a housekeeper in the hallway. He was unaware of my request and had not been notified. After another 30 minutes with no service, I went downstairs again and saw the housekeeper arriving with towels but no cleaning supplies. When I asked about garbage bags and a towel for the floor—both of which I had mentioned earlier—he left and returned later.
To my dismay, when I went to shower, I found a cockroach in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable. I called the front desk again, and this time a male staff member answered, acknowledging my earlier calls. He told me he would call me back, which he did, instructing me to come downstairs for a new room key. By then, it was nearly midnight, and I had to pack, go downstairs, and move to a different room. The female staff member from before was still at the front desk and displayed a noticeably rude attitude.
Unfortunately, the second room was also subpar—the shower water pressure was very low, and the toilet seat was broken. When I checked out, the staff member appeared indifferent to my feedback. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and care I experienced at this location
