I stayed at this hotel for a week and, unfortunately, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel — and I travel frequently.
From the moment I checked in, the issues began. I was initially given a key to a room that wouldn't unlock, and had to be moved to another room. The next day, I was locked out of my room again because the system showed someone else was assigned to it. I ended up waiting outside my room for two hours while the front desk struggled to figure out what went wrong. I was eventually escorted back to the room just to gather my belongings and move to yet another room.
Over the course of my stay, I had to change rooms three times — having to repack all my belongings — and no one at the front desk could give me a clear explanation for what was going on. On top of that, the rooms were not clean.
I made multiple attempts during my stay to speak with a manager, but I was always told no one was available. After checking out, I realized I had been overcharged and called the hotel multiple times. Each time I was promised a call back, but never received one. After 2–3 weeks of back-and-forth, I finally spoke with a manager who apologized and promised me two days’ worth of Hilton Honors points as a goodwill gesture. He told me they would be added to my account within a week.
It is now late June, and despite further follow-ups, I have received nothing — no points, no update, no resolution.
I’m not someone who usually writes reviews or complains, but the complete lack of accountability and poor management left a truly bad impression. Despite my best efforts to resolve things amicably, I was met with unresponsiveness and empty promises. I’m very disappointed and cannot recommend this property.
