On 9/25, I returned to my room after housekeeping service had been provided and discovered that several of my personal skincare products, valued at approximately $200, were missing. These items had been stored in a zipped bag in the bathroom. I had used the products that same morning, so I am certain they went missing after housekeeping serviced the room.
I immediately reported the theft to the night clerk, who informed me they would leave a message for the manager. The following morning, I went down personally to speak with the manager, only to learn he had not been made aware of the incident. Unfortunately, when I explained the situation, he appeared unbothered, and I was given no assurance that it would be investigated. Despite my request, I never received a follow-up call or any further communication from management regarding this theft.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and upsetting. Not only were my belongings stolen, but the lack of urgency and accountability from hotel management has left me feeling disregarded and unsafe.
