Staff at the front desk is unprofessional: She answered the phone with “hi, how ya doing?” I didn’t even know I called the correct number. I gave feedback to the front desk on how the room wasn’t cleaned right and she said she’d speak to housekeeping. No offer to clean it properly before we returned for the second night. We are loyal Hilton patrons but this has been one of the worst experiences with Hilton. I understand it’s not the Four Seasons but clean rooms are important. Also, the rooms at this hotel need refurbished. They are looking very outdated.
