KEEP LOOKING ELSEWHERE! DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE! Only one star bc thats the lowest I could choose, rented 3 rooms for a week bc we travel for work and was the worst stay we have ever had, and we travel constantly. Roaches in rooms, management absolutely awful, one room didn't get towels for 2 days and the manager kept coming every time we left turning our air off and told one room they couldn't change the temperature bc his breaker was making noise. He even watches the water meter to see how much water you use so he can charge extra which is insane. If you rent a room here u are not "allowed " company. And if you want a refrigerator or microwave you pay $5 each per day to rent them.. NO JOKE!! I WOULD DEFINITELY NOTE RECOMMEND ANYONE STOP HERE MUCH LESS STAY. WORST MOTEL EVER!!!!

Rooms were questionable. But you don't expect much from a place that looks like this... But what takes the cake is the owner lying and saying he doesn't own the place. And knocking on your door every hour for the first 3 hours of you stay and then beating on your door an hour before check out and then cussing you when you go to check out because you call them out on the bad customer experience. This place should burn and not be rebuilt

The worst. Rented just to take a shower as my house was having plumbing issues. The room smelled of mildew. No outlet in the bathroom . The other outlets were so loose the plug would fall out. Couldn't use a blow dryer. Towels stained. I didn't stay the night. Sent my grandd aughter to pick up my stuff, shampoo soap etc & to turn in the key. When she was leaving the owner accused her of stealing the towels. He wanted her to go back in the room to show him where the towels were. They were right where I left them hanging on a towel bar . Needless to say if I ever have plumbing issues I definitely want go to the Holiday Terrace.

The office was very nice at first my girlfriend and I decided to stay due to the fact the place has been here so long it’s a place we had experience before when was a respectable modern rooms without roach walking on wall that should of been our sign to ask for money back and go to motel up street but we were there and unpacked went to bed and In morning 4 am my girl got bitten we jumped up Looked and Bed Bug situation I go to office the once nice man decided I owe $20 more after paying $60 I suggest just sleeping in your vehicle before staying in this once great place!!!! I wouldn’t have a star in review but it wouldn’t let me submit without one

This is the most disgusting place i have ever had the misfortune to sleep my children in. I can't even describe how filthy this place is. It smells really really bad. I wouldnt even take a shower. The beds were full of spiders and spider webs. He refused to actually give me a key until i had the cops show up. He wanted to just unlock the door and let us in but not give us a key. He refused to give us a refund. We are broke down and had no other money and no other options. Please please please don't stay here. I am afraid it is a rent by the hour kind of place.

I am a Army Veteran and a first responder for times of crisis in America and trying to relocate to be close to my mom and father since they’re now elderly, So, I called to get just a monthly quote and the mans rudeness, poor customer service skills, & lack of of professionalism lost him 3-6 months of business as I relocated. I’ve seen the property before as I visited my family and it looks dead and outdated. I was willing to look past that but cannot when the people employed act just as bad as the place looks.

No stars I wouldn’t recommend no one to stay here. The rooms are nasty. The manager is horrible and very rude cheap scape. He comes in your room unnecessary for no reason telling to turn the your air down Never bringing towels when the do they got holes all in them. There roaches in the rooms. Rooms are very out dated. The worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s absolutely horrible . DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

This is one of the most expensive motels I've ever stayed in for the quality I got first off the heat didn't work right I was lucky if it was 50 degrees in the room did not hardly work and it looked like there was feces on the wall heck even the trash can was from the Comfort Inn I was charged over $60 for this room for one night I will never stay there again and I suggest no one else does either
