They Need Help!! Towels in the room were still damp. The bathmat was wet, not just damp. The phones did not work in the room, and i when I reported it, the lady at the desks, said "I can turn it in, but it's probably not going to get fixed a lot of our phones in the rooms don't work, they're broken." Waited over 30 minutes for coffee at breakfast. The bacon this morning was done - yesterday it was not. The lady taking care of the breakfast area was doing her best and always moving, but it it's ridiculous to expect one person to take care of this many guests at this hotel. We were also told by staff that sometimes they didn't have time to get the all rooms cleen and ready, but they were doing the best they could. The covid pandemic is over and owners and employers at these hotel chains, you need to hire adequate staff to take care of the building, the food, and the clients. One person at night, taking care of a four story hotel that's as full as it can be with as many clean rooms as it has available is unrealistic, unfair, and unsafe. This was okay during COVID. When you only had ten, maybe twenty guests, but things are back to normal.And you need to get back to normal.And stop taking advantage of these employees who saved your butts during covid. Holiday Inn Express, you should be ashamed.
