One housekeeper, in particular, who stood out to me I think her name was Dorothy, light skin, with freckles. She was exceptionally pleasant always smiling, well-mannered, and made a point to greet me and ask if I needed anything on multiple occasions. That level of attentiveness truly makes a difference.
On one occasion when I did need a few items, she went out of her way to ensure I received everything promptly, including fresh towels, sheets and trash bags. It’s clear that she is dedicated, hardworking, and professional. She handled her responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a respectful, low-key presence. Her efforts certainly added to the quality of my stay.
