Stayed here for a conference --the location and the event discount pricing seemed ideal. The room was spacious, well lit with large windows, and very clean.nnUnfortunately, we had some issues. The front desk staff seemed relatively dismissive of issues we faced, though they did respond to them as we requested. The iron in our room both barely worked, and had something burned into the bottom of the oven, which then ruined my friends shirt. They did replace the iron, at least. Our hotel room window wouldn't open, and our room often felt stuffy. The elevators are very limited in number, and move quite slowly. I had to wait 5+ minutes to get an elevator multiple times, and once a group of us waiting over 10min on the 8th floor to go down, and we all chose to walk down the stairs after some rude guests refused to let any of us on the elevator.nnWe visited another hotel in the area, a slightly further walk, which had MUCH nicer rooms, a better breakfast, etc, and was barely more expensive.nnMy travelling companion was so frustrated, I doubt we'll return.nTrip typenVacationnTravel groupnFriendsnRooms: 4nService: 3nLocation: 5nRoomsnSpacious room, with large windows, and a variety of lighting options.
