It is a ten-lane highway with constant traffic, noisy 24 hours a day. Honestly, it’s hard to believe the hotel assigns rooms right beside such a busy road.
The noise was so bad that even our children could not sleep until very late. Since we were staying two nights, we requested a quieter room the next morning. Unfortunately, the staff seemed tired and uninterested. They said they would leave a note but couldn’t guarantee anything. We packed our bags early, hoping to move later that day, but when we returned from sightseeing and asked again, we were told there were no available rooms. To be honest, it didn’t look like they checked thoroughly, and their lack of willingness to help was disappointing.
We ended up dragging our luggage back to the same noisy room (Room 445). If you don’t want your trip and sleep ruined, avoid this room or this side of the building altogether. If you are assigned such a room, ask to be moved immediately. Otherwise, I recommend staying at a different hotel nearby, such as the Courtyard across the street.
