Read MoreI was placed in a room with a walk in shower that had no seat. I asked young man wearing a suit at front desk for a chair and was told there was none. I am a double amputee in a power wheelchair. I was NOT happy. Can't take a shower!? Went to one of the two restaurants they recommended and had a steak tip dinner with a beer. FORTY SIX DOLLARS! After walking my service dog I found a shopping area with movie theater, bowling area, and several nice places to eat etc. I was clueless to where a bus stop was. Took dog for a walk at 2am. Mentioned to new person a woman at front desk how breakfast wasn't comped and no chair for me to take a shower at all. She comped both my breakfast meals and personally checked room next to mine which was unoccupied and a disabled room also but actually had a bench in shower so I could clean up. Then she moved me. All within ten minutes. That was a lifesaver! Two days without a shower was unheard of. I moved everything I had already unpacked by myself. Took me close to an hour. Carpet in both rooms are so stained they need to be replaced. Pool is closed no construction going on. Hope this never happens to anyone else or myself if I am ever forced to stay there again. I have personally stayed at hundreds of hotels up to six months at a time and I have to say this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Personally I despise giving anyone or place a bad review but honesty is best policy. The woman working the late night shift does deserve a pay raise. 18th,19th,20th Nov 2024.

If you need a chair or bench for disabled shower DEMAND to have a room with one. Pool is not open. Probably won't be. The shopping plaza nearby is amazing. Worth checking out. Some excellent places to eat, shop, and fun activities. Dog friendly.
