I’m a Diamond member and travel often, so I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels this one fell short, especially for a long stay.
It took three days and three separate requests just to get body wash, which is ridiculous for something so basic. The property only has one washer and one dryer, and neither of them work. For a 2.5-week stay with no laundromats nearby, this became a major issue.
The hotel runs events almost daily, with live music and a lot of foot traffic. That gives the place a fun, upbeat vibe, but it feels like all their focus is on the events while guest needs and basic maintenance are ignored.
Another notable point: the rooms don’t have blackout curtains. If you work nights like we do, expect the room to be very bright during the day it made getting proper sleep extremely difficult.
As for food delivery it’s not a huge issue that you have to go downstairs to pick it up, but what’s ironic is that they say it’s for security, yet staff don’t check IDs or verify names at pickup. I saw multiple orders get picked up by people with no confirmation at all. So the “security” policy feels more like an inconvenience than a real precaution.
Overall, the stay had potential, but for a Diamond member on a longer visit, the lack of service, maintenance, and consideration made it frustrating. Might be okay for a quick event-based stay but for anything longer, I’d look elsewhere.
