Read MoreI want to start by saying that the staff at this hotel was incredibly kind and hardworking. They were doing their best, but it was clear that they were severely understaffed for the size and demand of the hotel.
Unfortunately, the understaffing was evident in the hotel's overall condition. Upon entering, I noticed that the furniture was stained and torn, and the carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Things only got worse when we reached our room. The carpet had red stains and was visibly discolored from dirt. The shower drain was broken, requiring us to hold it up just to get the water to drain properly. To make matters worse, there was blood on the toilet paper, and the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor of urine.
This is a large and very busy hotel, so if you're looking for a quiet and peaceful stay, this may not be the right choice. With proper maintenance and more staff, it could be a much better experience, but as it stands, I wouldn’t book here again.
