I absolutely do not recommend this Hilton hotel. Carpets, drapes, and blankets in the room were stained. The remote control didn't work, and the blow dryer was filthy with accumulated gunk. Ikcy. Then there was an enormous sink hole in the mattress where years of guests had slept. Yuck. One of the elevator buttons was cracked and mushy. I was asked by a sweet clerk at check-in if I wanted housekeeping service, and I said, "Yes, please." Super disappointing to come back tired at the end of the day to see no one showed up as promised. Adding insult to injury, their front desk employee 'Roberto' was surly, curt, and just plain unfriendly. No greeting, no smile, didn't make eye contact, and did the absolute minimum. I felt like a big bother when i asked for a receipt. He just handed it to me without a word or smile. There was trash, old and dirty rolls of carpet, and cobweb infested wood pallets in the underground garage. Maybe they're saving them for Halloween. IDK. The silver lining: the dining room servers were simply wonderful. They were cheerful, helpful, fast, and pleasant. The evening front desk staff was also sweet, helpful, and pleasant. Otherwise, this is a hotel with out of date, worn-out, and shabby interior room appointments. $525 for my two nights. Not again.
