Read MoreUsually a great place to stay, as I've stayed there many times. This time however just not the case. I paid extra to stay in a suite room. So I paid extra to stay in a room right next to the elevator, listened to people coming and going all night. The bed was even worse than the dog we had to listen to most of the 3 nights we were there. The bed was so bad I could barely walk after the second night. The towel rack in the bathroom was falling off the wall. This is room 421 if you would like to check out the bed. The stains on the carpet just made us wonder what could've happened in there, no body wash in the shower, and I mean not an empty bottle, I mean, no bottle. Plenty of signs stating they are not responsible for damage in the parking lot, a couple lights out back in that beautiful parking lot would be helpful and maybe all the trailers that were scattered about would feel better about parking there. And back to the bed, the pillows couldn't be any flatter of they were run over by a tank. This is the most disappointing Holton I've stayed at. Not really interested in the mouth service about, sorry about my stay, bla,bla,bla... I know you'll do better.
No worries, we won't be back, and suggest others do the same.
