**Disappointing Experience at Hilton Garden Inn Burbank, Los Angeles**
I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Burbank, Los Angeles from July 12-15, in room 472. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected, especially when it came to customer service.
I’m aware that the hotel only cleans rooms every other day, but I made a special request to have my room cleaned on Sunday, July 14, rather than the scheduled Monday. This was confirmed by Madison via text message, so I felt assured that the request would be honored.
However, when I returned to my room at around 6:30 PM, the housekeeper had not arrived. I promptly reached out to Denise, who was handling text communications, and was told that the housekeeper would arrive at 7:00 PM. To accommodate, I left my room and went to the business center at 6:50 PM to give the housekeeper time to work.
When I returned to my room at 7:40 PM, I found that the housekeeper had never come. After several more communications, my room was never cleaned.
It’s incredibly frustrating when a simple request like this is not fulfilled, especially after confirming it in advance. The lack of communication and follow-through left me feeling unvalued as a guest. I expected much better service from a hotel of this caliber. Unfortunately, my experience was a reminder that customer service at this hotel is lacking, and it has seriously impacted my perception of the Hilton Garden Inn brand.
Would not recommend staying here if you value responsiveness and attention to detail.
