Second I have great difficulty functioning places where people can openly smoke, and smokers really love to stink it up in places like this, the ventilation can only do so much, so if you hate cigarettes like I do, you have been warned
Tried to get into a restaurant, I personally have waited tables in my time, and anytime a place has open tables but won't sit because of overly rigid sectioning policies, this is a huge turn off for me, and at the hard rock diner specifically out of the other restaurantals in the venue, the wait staff and hostess was dismissive at best
I was here to see 38 special in concert, this was where the place was pretty decent, they didn't allow smoking in the concert hall at least, the personal there were friendly and helpful and the venue itself was pretty cool.
Overall, I'd go back for the concert, but plan to eat before you go, we left to get food because with 5 small parties waiting it was going to take them 45 to an hour to sit us with open tables just waiting
