She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.
Alicia’s warm demeanor and genuine attentiveness made all the difference. She provided great local recommendations, quickly handled any requests I had, and truly made me feel like a valued guest. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their role, and her dedication to excellent service was evident in every interaction.
Beyond the outstanding service, the hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was fresh and well-stocked, and the overall atmosphere was inviting.
