The staff was also wonderful - Pedro really helped out with some AC issues, and Alan was also really helpful. Aurora and Leslie were great about checking in.
The only thing that wasn't so great was the room - it seems the building needs a little TLC which maybe it's getting based on the elevator updates. But 3 USB ports, and only 2 functional, in a single room when you have 5+ devices to charge isn't great. The water stains on the ceiling weren't great, the shower head could use a deep cleaning, my rackety AC kept me awake my first night there, pillows were not supportive enough, and the bed was hard.
The automatic lights are also terrible. You should have the ability to turn them all the way off so you're not blinded by bright lights when you get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. They also go off too fast for a shower, I ended up showering in the dark more than once.
Breakfast was mediocre for a free breakfast. One day it was absolutely awful, other days it was okay but I've had better.
Id come back again, but mainly for the service and location.
