The rooms and bathrooms were a great size—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel is on the smaller side, which I actually preferred because it made for a peaceful, low-traffic environment. Even during my stay over the 4th of July, it wasn’t crowded or noisy. Little touches like the free fresh cookies upon arrival, a well-stocked breakfast, and tidy housekeeping made the experience feel warm and welcoming. Everything from the facilities to the overall comfort exceeded my expectations.
Location
The hotel is located about 30 minutes from Charlotte, which was totally manageable for me, but worth noting if you plan to commute into the city frequently. The peaceful surroundings were a plus, making it feel like a relaxing escape from the busier urban areas.
Service
This was hands down the highlight of my stay. The staff were kind, attentive, and available no matter the time of day. Everyone I encountered was lovely, but I especially want to shout out Haneen and Jafad—they were absolutely incredible! They made me feel like I had known them forever and treated me like family. Their hospitality set the tone for a truly memorable stay. 11/10
