*Update* based on the reply from who I assume is the manager, he's admitting that he missed a giant sperm stain on the actual comforter! You did not personally check the room. Stop lying. There wasnt a coffee cup or coffee in that room, and there was 1 full size towel for 2 adults staying 3 days. Ridiculous and dishonest response.
This morning I received two emails from this location, both placing the blame on my husband and I rather than rectifying the issue. The front desk person Solomon Martinez as well as the general manager Steve Altieri were rude and dismissive, showing no type of professional courtesy which is why we are putting a hold on payment until this has been resolved. The general manager lied and said we did not receive free water because we are not Hilton rewards members, to which I responded with my receipt showing my rewards number upon booking. Solomon Martinez must not read the notes because within 15 minutes of our arrival when we spotted the semen soaked comforter we called immediately using the phone in the room calling directly to the front desk since housekeeping was not available. I strongly advise anyone reading this to not book a room at this hotel. When writing this review initially, my complaint was simply that the hotel was dirty and they overcharged us but now I can add that the staff is rude and completely unwilling to work with customers when it's clearly the fault of the hotel.. or should I say motel. This entire experience was truly disgusting, and unfortunately since reaching out to the hotel did not resolve anything my next phone call is going to be to the Board of health.
When we arrived, we noticed a huge fresh stain on the comforter below the bedspread. There was what looked to be "icing" all over so we called for a new comforter. The bedding was clearly not washed. The bed was by far the most uncomfortable that we have ever slept in, and we didn't sleep at all. Also upsetting when we received our final bill to see that you charged $6 per bottle of water when they are available for $1.79 at any store. Way to take advantage of your customers! It's Hilton's policy that reward members receive two free bottles of water, and not only was there no water in our room but there was also no coffee, no mugs, no cups of any kind. Very disappointing and super disgusting experience. Do not book a room at this hotel, you WILL regret it and the staff will not be willing to assist.
