Read MoreThe staff was courteous and very helpful, we talked to 3 or 4 different hotel employees and every one of them was kind and polite. The location was in a main area on the border of Portland and Westbrook, lots of amenities nearby while still being "in" Portland. Our room was a little dated. The AC was cold at night, beds were decently comfortable (not to any fault of the hotel, I accidentally booked two double beds instead of two queen, but still managed to not be super uncomfortable in a small bed), there were two fridges in our room, one was broken and smelled really bad if you opened it, which we did because we did not realize there was a broken one. The microwave made terrible noise. The USB outlet was not working. The outdoor pool was lovely! Grab and go breakfast was ok, ready to heat sandwiches, grab and go processed items like; granola bars, fruit cups, muffins, etc.
Mid-range price, slightly more affordable than some of the other hotels in the area. All in all it was a comfortable, safe stay.
