Read MoreThere were some things with our room, such as the wall sconces were broken in our room and hanging. However, there were other lighting options, and we had enough light. Also to be fair they did let us know that they were under construction, I'm not sure if it was for the rooms or the general areas or maybe it was both, so we were to excuse the mess, which was fine. The included breakfast was alright. Service was great, after we had booked our stay through expedia (don't do this, go straight to the source.) There was some sort of mix up and they didn't have our accommodations booked, they were still able to help us even though it was around Christmas time and I am sure they were really busy. Also, the cleaning lady was such a sweet lady and so kind. All in all, it was a good stay. If I was staying in the area again, I would book with them again.

We didn't do many things near by, there were some cool places to eat at, though. Deli's, pizzerias, and pub type of places for late night.
Safety
We weren't concerned at all safety wise. All locks on doors and windows worked great, and the area didn't seem bad.
