Absolutely horrible experience.
Checked in after a 12+ hour day of driving, room key doesn’t work, go get new key, still doesn’t work, walk back to room for a 3rd time with all my stuff, with the front desk person, just for the front desk person...

Checked in after a 12+ hour day of driving, room key doesn’t work, go get new key, still doesn’t work, walk back to room for a 3rd time with all my stuff, with the front desk person, just for the front desk person to say the door is broke and we need to switch rooms. 40 minutes later I get to set my bags down in my room. Wake up the next morning to find out the entire hotel doesn’t have coffee creamer….. I see a sign “creamer available on request” I ask and get the most off putting response of “ well there’s a jug of half and half” “oh so you don’t have creamer” “well I mean there’s half and half right there”…. Thanks… what a lovely stay, will for sure never be back.
