BusinessSoloThe room was good. King suite with apartment kitchen.There are lots of restaurants, stores. Mall near by, and if memory serves, a movie theater at the mall. Costco and Walmart are only 1 mile away. (Next to each other)Lots of food within walking distanceThere were snack and soda machines in the guest (pay) laundry room. Coffee only in the mornings. The front desk provides Maxwell House Coffee packets and a coffee maker for your room.Kid-friendly, Great value

VacationCoupleLocation: 5Rooms are good. Could be greater. Often times there are some rooms that have minor issues such as low shower pressure, low power range for cooking, or one or two outlets not working. Aside from that, it's still a great place to stay.A lot of places to walk and shop. Very convenient.Safety is good. Just be sure to lock your cars and hide valuables. I had already experienced my vehicle being ransacked one night and it was parked in front of our room window. So please be sure to conceal your valuables or take them inside with you. Hopefully, extended will consider installing outside cameras for the parking lot.Clean. Very convenient!Decent vending machine located inside the laundry room. They serve coffee every morning with some on-the-go breakfast snacks. Nothing fancy.Communicate with staff when you have concerns. They are very professional and caring to all tenants!Great view, Quiet, Great value

It's Ben and Tracy for 20 years now. It's on the lower end of cost. It was a hundred bucks less than staying in Lathrop. Not awful but not pristine for Saturday night for $125 bucks. Can't complain
