SoloLocation: 5Outdated, dirty and people are smoking weed in their rooms so it smells like pot. And other people in rooms surrounding your room are constantly stomping around and you can hear everything. You have to ask for clean towels and turn in your current towels and ask for trash bags and take out your own garbage.Doors to access the building on all entrances are constantly left ajar all hours of the day and night to allow anyone including transients that are tweaking (which I watched a guy tweaking and pacing around the lot) into the building and if its locked and a random person doesn't have an access card I've watched them wait just for someone to come out so they can enter without a card. Extremely sketchy and dont feel safe.

A family member just moved up to this area and this place has excellent service. Doors are locked passed the lobby to ensure customer safety. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly.
