Read MoreI previously stayed here when it was still called Woodsprings and under other ownership. Put simply, it was a clean, pleasant experience. The wifi worked fine, the property was always clean, & overall it was a fine place to stay. Keyword being WAS! However after coming back to stay here for a while now, the standards have dropped DRAMATICALLY! The state of property is nothing short of sad. All of the amenities are beyond subpar. The laundry room used to always be clean. Now, the machines are always broken & dirty. The WiFi & cable service is a complete JOKE. It’s as if the owners went out of their way to make everything as low quality as possible. They are clearly extremely cheap which is probably why the services are so crappy! You get what you pay for! The absolute worst part though is the change is clientele that’s been staying here regularly. There is a constant influx of a certain group of people that have literally brought a complete roach infestation with them! Yes, this hotel is infested with roaches. It’s most definitely because of the fact that they allow ANYBODY to stay here! There is ZERO standard! This wasn’t a problem prior to certain groups of people being allowed to stay here. I never used to worry about a single bug. Now I see a roach almost every single day. What it comes down is the only thing that matters is money. As long as you have money, you can leave trash laying around, bring a roach infestation with you, & essentially do whatever you want. Just pay on time & you’re good. It’s a joke, & the place needs new owners that actually care about QUALITY.
