My boyfriend arranged for us a few weeks ago to stay at a wonderful hotel before taking me to Disneyland for the very first time (age is just a number, right?). A standout aspect of our California adventure was the exceptional service we received at the hotel. I want to extend my gratitude to the staff for accommodating us in every possible way. One individual who particularly impressed us was a lovely young woman named Lynsey (I made sure to get the spelling right 🙂). She epitomized outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to meet our needs, fulfill our requests, and answer all of our questions, which was especially helpful since we are new to California. I would like to thank the entire team who assisted us; leaving a positive review is the least we can do to express our appreciation for this fantastic hotel. Our room was impeccably clean and perfectly suited for our mini vacation. Once again, thank you so much, Extended Stay Active. We will definitely return!
