Absolutely unacceptable.
My family and I drove over eight hours—only to be told on arrival, in the middle of the night, that the two rooms we booked a week in advance were not available. At first, no one even attempted to look up our reservation. When they finally did, they casually claimed that one of our rooms had been given away—without explanation for the second room, or why they didn’t even try to contact us beforehand.
We emailed. We called—repeatedly throughout the day. No one ever answered. At the front desk, staff admitted the phones don’t ring and the intercom was broken. They watched us stand there with no place to go and no support, and shrugged it off.
They tried blaming the night audit system for removing our reservation—but when we called the reservation specialist, we were told our bookings were still active and never canceled, which made their excuse not just false, but completely fabricated.
Not once did anyone take ownership or offer real help. No alternative accommodations. No calls to other hotels. No effort to resolve the issue. They were disconnected from reality, unprofessional, and totally lacking in customer service skills.
In the end, we left with no rooms, no assistance, and no resolution.
This wasn’t a mistake. It was gross incompetence—made worse by a total lack of urgency or care.
Avoid this property at all costs.
