Pros: Easy check in, no bugs, quiet, breakfast, washer and dryer (3.00 to wash and dry), shower gets and stays hot, they loan you pots, spoons, a knife, and cups for the stove, large fridge, ok internet, black out curtains, comfy bed, and fast maintenance.
Cons: They only clean your room once per week, they don’t have a lot of the dishes they claim you can borrow, pots had too many scratches and made food stick, you have to take out your own trash, breakfast is only light coffee, tea, muffins, and nutrigrain bars, vending machines charge 4.00 for drinks and when my drink got stuck I was never refunded, didn’t feel safe outside at night (lots of activity), staff can be lazy or dismissive of your issues, internet was ok. Sometimes my calls broke up when at work. You have to pay money for better internet. Not very walkable but Lowe’s is across the street. The room was smelly when we got in. Had to let candles run for three days to kill the smell
