The first motel to give my deposit back. Also gave me a good rate for a week at a time. The only negative thing I have to say is we weren't aloud to have any guests.

The rooms are clean, big and comfortable, the staff are friendly and very helpful.

They have apartment size refrigerators, TV's and microwaves in each room, which have private bathrooms.Right off of route 41, easy access to shopping centers and local eateriesVideo cameras in hallways and stairwells, the Evansville police and Vanderburgh sheriff department do frequent drive buys and are quick to respond to emergency situations.A metro bus runs by the Inn, some streets have sidewalks.A few local pubs that serve foods nearby, most other fast food restaurants are within a short driving distance.Quiet, Great value
