From the second we walked up, they made us feel like VIPs. Theresa greeted us with a smile that instantly set the tone, and Adam had jokes, recommendations, and the smoothest drink service we’ve ever had in a hotel bar. They worked the bar like a well-oiled machine — quick, attentive, and always locked in on what guests needed before they even asked.
Our mixed drinks were perfectly made every time — strong, balanced, and crafted with real skill. But it was their energy, attitude, and genuine hospitality that really stood out. Friendly, professional, and just damn cool.
If you’re staying here and don’t stop by for a drink with Theresa and Adam, you’re missing out on the best part of the hotel. Five stars isn’t enough.
