Just here picking up a relative. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Pretty ghetto. They seem to be doing some updates, but...You still have people just hanging out on the balcony and smoking dope even with little kids running around. Trying to reach management is a joke. Nobody answers phone calls. I had to call maintenance and the guy wasn't even on the property. He had to explain that the office was now upstairs temporarily and that they may not even be there due to limited hours. Ridiculous.

The place has changed a lot .... It's not wild or loud it's mostly families but if it's broke TO BAD my fridge went out I lost 400$ worth of grocery she told me unplug it an try it again!!!!! U WILL NEVER HAVE HOT WATER THERES 1 HOT WATER HEATER FOR THE WHOLE PLACE!!!! Maintenance guys got paint on my neighbors car they told her it was water base paint (THEY WERE PAINTING THE OUTSIDE OF THE PLACE) It's not worth it honestly ITS ALMOST 1600$ A MONTH!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!

I must say that this a great place they doing alot of remodeling out here and I'm not talking about painting over old paint and patching over old holes in the walls they are really putting alot of money time and effort into this place the front office staff is very nice and helpful once the get done with the remodeling its gonna be nice I would recommend living out here to anyone that's looking for something short-term

I'm on a fix income and I moving back to Louisiana. I love Carrollton but I get to go. This is an old lodge. You get what you pay for.

Owners are nice. And my room is clean. Area is quiet seems to be hard working people living there. A decent basic cable package. The wifi could be better tho. I haven't seen a bug in my room yet.

The bad reviews on here are more than likely from people who broke the rules and were evicted for it....but instead of owning up and accepting responsibility they want to take anger out on a review, Play the victim against a place that tried to provide a safe environment for everyone! my advise if you want to stay here...leave the drama behind, pay your rent on time, and you will be just fine!

I had to scrub the walls. Manager is rude and makes up her own rules per her self. Said I was not allowed to have anyone in my room but watched other's have people in and out of theirs. When I approced her with a problem and video she told me I was the problem and she would put me out. Very unprofessional.
